In October 2016, Singapore’s foremost Argentine restaurant, boCHINche, played host to a team of Argentinean experts flown in from across the world to celebrate the rich flavours and cultural excellence of Cocina Argentina with COMILONA – a nomad food and wine festival that celebrates the wonders of Argentina. The festival aims to build a community of cooks, producers, sommeliers and writers, with the insatiable appetite for knowledge and desire to discover, learn, promote and develop Argentine cuisine.

Hosted by boCHINche and ZOILO Chef Patron and COMILONA founder Diego Jacquet, the celebratory event took place from Tuesday, 25 October, to Friday, 28 October 2016. The four-day festival entailed a cocktail reception party and a series of dinner collaborations complemented with wine tastings and sharing sessions.
